Battle of Five Forks + GOLD OUT for Amanda Riley Foundation

The Broncos return to action FRIDAY night January 27th in a HUGE region 7-AAAAAAA matchup with our rivals from Lilburn - the Parkview Panthers.  The rivalry game is always a big one, but Friday's contests also have big implications in the Region 7-AAAAAAA Standings for both the boys and girls.

Not only is this a HUGE game, but it's also our Annual Gold Out to benefit the Amanda Riley Foundation.  Amanda Riley played basketball and ran cross country at Brookwood HS until she lost her life to cancer at the age of 17.  The foundation was established by Amanda's parents Barbara & Steve Riley in 2010 that lends support to families with children battling cancer.  They offer essential programs and services that directly impact both the child going through the cancer battle and their family members because through their own experiences, they know when a child has cancer, the entire family has cancer.

The foundation has grown tremendously over the past 6 years, but the Riley's have stayed true to their mission; they  are still 100% volunteer based and pay no salaries and have no overhead so 100% of all donations received directly impact the families that the foundation serves.

We will be taking donations for the Amanda Riley Foundation during both the boys and girls contests on Friday evening.  For more information on the Amanda Riley Foundation or to donate online, please visit the Foundation's website...
